Review: November Birchbox 2012

Sorry this one took a while to get up. I have bee really busy. I didn't even realize that I never even put a preview up of the birchbox for November. Oops.

1. Chuao Chocolatier Honeycomb ChocoPod- I was nervous to see which one of these I would get but luckily got a mild one to try first. It was quite good. The honey was subtle. I loved it so much that I immediately went on birchbox's website to order the 7 pack set of flavors but to my disdain it was out of stock, and for quite a while. I did finally get to order them though and some have been interesting. I give this product a 5 out of 5.

 2. Kerastase Chroma Sensitive- I was excited to try this one. I dye my hair very often and I hate how quickly the color always seems to fade and become dull no matter what brand you use. My hair did seem to stay brighter with this though. It smells great too. The only drawback from this product is the price. At $42.00 a bottle (200 ml) it is hardly worth it. I give this product a 3 out of 5.

3. ModelCo Fibre Lashxtend Lengthening Mascara- I love mascara. I love the way it makes your eyes just pop. I love this mascara it didn't clump at all and lasted all day and night! I give this product a 5 out of 5.

4. J.R. Watkins Hand and Cuticle Salve in Lavender- I have really bad cuticles so with that said I definitely need this item. Though it works like a charm I could go with a more toned down scent. It is quite potent. I give this product a 4 out of 5.

5. MCMC Fragrances in Phoenix- This perfume is absolutely horrid. I was excited when I read the description and the name but god is it awful. The scent is so strong it quickly induced a migrane and a series of gagging. It smells like something a grandma would wear but as if one drop was as strong as soaking in a pool of it. It lingered for hours. When my husband got home from work and was within 10 feet of me he made a disgusted face and wrinkled his nose and said "What the hell is that, you smell like an old woman?!" I will never open this bottle again I am tempted to see if anyone I know wants it just so it's not getting wasted or thrown out but I don't think I could put anyone through that. I give this product a 0 out of 5.
