My September Birchbox has arrived...

My September Birchbox came a couple of days ago so now that I have a little bit of time I am going to let you take a peek.

1. Bvlgari Mon Jasmin Noir- I think I am going to like it.

2. Color Club Birchbox Custom Polish in Insta-This- I love the Blue color. Can't wait to see how it looks on my nails.

3. Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse Beauty Balm SPF 25+ - So... I have a bunch off BB creams and I really want to try them. I just have not gotten to it.

4. LiQWd Professional Volumizing Catalyst - Since my hair is thinning due to my PCOS I am looking forward to testing this out to see if it makes my hair look thicker or at least like there is more of it.

5. Twistband Birchbox Custom Lace Hair Tie- Much better than the peach colored one I have worn out. Yay.

6. LiQWd Volumizing Shampoo & Conditioner- Read #4

Random Freebies...

 I received a random package today that was filled with freebies. The note inside said I got it from Target via the Latina magazine subscription (which I got for free also through coke rewards). I thought I would share it with you. It put a smile on my face.

July Birch Box Product Review

Here is my review/opinions on July's Birchbox items:

1. Annick Goutal Eau d'Hadrien - I love this perfume. It's very light and doesn't give me a headache like most perfumes do. I give this product a 5 out of 5

 

2. Boscia B.B. Cream SPF 27- I didn't mind this too much. It didn't really seem to do anything. I give this product a 3 out of 5

3. Color Club Blue-ming- Yeah... This isn't really my style. I didn't like the way this looked at all. I give this product a 1 out of 5

4. Stila Lip Glaze in Camera- I loved it. It gave my lips a really nice shimmer. I give this product a 5 out of 5

5. Tea Forte Minteas in Lime Mojito- I absolutely loved these. They taste just like tea w/ lime! I give this product a 5 out of 5

6. Birch Box Exclusive Ear buds- I really needed these so I lie them. Not crazy about the pink but it's minimal. I give this product a 4 out of 5

A bit of a gap of time between posts

     Sorry it has been a while since I last updated my blog. A lot has bee going on in my world for the past month or so. I had a yard sale with my mother so that took some of my time. I went through practically everything I own and got rid of a bunch of stuff. I have a new roommate too so there was a lot of moving stuff around. Had to clear out me and my husbands office so it could be our new room mate's bedroom. And finally I have been going through a lot of changes work wise. My former boss transferred or I should say WAS transferred (against her will) to another department and the woman they gave us to take her place has been a complete and utter nightmare. But on the upside this motivated me to search for work else ware. And so far I have not found a better job yet but I am looking at every option. Now onward... I shall post about Augusts Birch Box (even though I will be receiving September's soon) and August's My Glam Bag.

First August's Birch Box:

It came in this really intriguing school packaging...

1. Beauty Fixation Makeup remover- I have had a product similar to these before so these will definitely com in handy.

2. Comodynes Hydra Tanning Face Moisturizing Summer Glow- I quickly gave this away. I like my pale complexion quite a bit. I have no desire to be tan, even if I am the most albino Native American I know. Plus I think it would look weird on me.

3. Comodynes Self Tanning Towelettes- I gave these away also.

4. DDF Brightening Cleanser- I wonder what this will make of my freckles!

5. Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy La Fleur- Smells good.

6. Schick Hydro Silk- Always wanted to try this razor but never did.


Now August's My Glam Bag:

1. Orange & Pink Mesh Bag- I will most likely give this away. I am not a big fan of pink unless it's makeup.

2. Circus Nail Color in Spectacle- A VERY bright Orange

3. Eclos Plant Based Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream- Indifferent

4. Eclos Plant Based Cellular Activator Facial Serum- Again, indifferent

5. Demeter Fragrance Library Roll-on Perfume in Clean Skin- Does not smell all that great

6. Salty Cosmetics Glama-zoid! Loose Eyeshadow- Kind of looks like plain Talc

7. My Glam Gloss- When I wear Pink gloss I usually go for paler colors but this is kind of a bright bubble gum color, we will see...
