Learning new things about my polish culture with Dino Lingo

Hello!

One of my side projects for this coming year is get more in touch with my culture and heritage on my mother's side. For most of my life I have embraced my father's culture with ease. My father was Cherokee Indian and I have always loved and connected with that part of my ancestry but I also feel like I have neglected that part of me from my mother. Though when you look at me you can see my mother's genes more than my dad's. My mother is of Scottish and Polish ancestry. Don't get me wrong I am not completely oblivious about my Polish and Scottish heritage I just feel like I should know more, embrace it more. I am lucky enough to be a member of influenster which allows me to try amazing new things. Well this week I was notified of a language aid called Dino Lingo. I watched the video for Dino Lingo Polish and I am excited to learn one of the languages of my ancestors. The clip is only a few minutes long but has ignited the spark to want to learn in me.
