Ipsy (My Glam Bag) September Review

 I have the review for my September Ipsy. September's bag was called: Beauty By You

1. Black Bag with Gold Hardware- I love it. Something so practical for me. I wear a lot of black and it's my favorite color. And I can honestly say I had a slight addiction to bags long before I tried being more girly. I would buy them but never use them. But now I try to use them. I give this product a 5 out of 5.

2. SOHO Smudge Brush- I actually really love this brush. It works so well. I was able to get eyeshadow on evenly and beautifully. I have sensitive skin so if a brush is even a little stiff it makes my skin all red. But this a perfect texture. I give this product a 5 out of 5.

3. Mirabella Eye Colour in Semi-formal-  I was iffy about this from the get go. It went on smooth though. It is high quality. I felt like I was adding silk to my lids. My only problem was the way this color looked on my eyes. Since I am pale it made it look like I had dark circles around my eyes like I hadn't slept. I give this product a 3.5 out of 5.

4. Jane Sparkle Gloss in Sparkle Pink- I didn't like this much at all. The pink was way to bright for me. Plus it is a sticky gloss. I prefer a oily or slick gloss over sticky. It felt heavy on my lips. The only thing I liked was that it made my lips look a little plumper. I give this product a 2 out of 5.

5. Carol's Daughter Monoi Repairing Split End Sealer- My hair did feel a little silkier but there wasn't too much of a noticeable difference. I feel pretty indifferent about this product. I give this product a 2 out of 5.

6. Circus by Andrea's Choice Nail Color in Tightrope- I liked this one much more than spectacle. Next to black purple is my second favorite color. I loved the matte finish I got with this. I love it. I give this product a 5 out of 5.


All in all I really liked this bag. I will be posting a review for Septembers' Birchbox next Along with a preview of October's bag and box.
